Position
In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek for a motivated intern to join our Innovations APAC team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented team-player to join a geo dispersed team operating from China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan and Singapore which is responsible for the success of the innovation initiative launched with the ambition of fostering business development ,improving client experience and service quality.
Responsibilities
The Innovations APAC intern will play a vital role in supporting CACIB’s innovation initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in business analysis, data analysis and innovation strategies.
The team will organize ideation events through multiple format, targeting a variety of audience and manage communication around innovation over different channels, both internal or external. As a member of the technology department, part of the tasks are to assess the feasibility of each idea, collaborate across all the board with IT experts, consolidate their conclusions and envisage multiple options for achieving our goals. You will present outcomes and recommendations to Asia Innovation board.
Functional Scope
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Assist in gathering and documentation of requirements for various innovation ideas
- Involves brainstorming facilitation of meetings and workshops with stakeholders
- Analyze the pain points and transform insights into actionable requirements
- Reverse process re-engineering
- Conduct in-depth analyses of use cases to gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end workflows
- Bridge the gap between tasks performed in isolation by different teams, fostering collaboration and streamlining our processes
- Documentation and Reporting
- Create a well-structured document including reports, business cases and flow diagram
- Documents to provide a clear and comprehensive overview of innovation initiatives and expected outcomes
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders including both business users (Non IT) and ISAP (IT)
- Gather feedback, foster collaboration and ensure that innovation concepts align with the needs and expectation
- Presentation Skills
- Encourage to develop and enhance presentation and negotiation skills
- Opportunity to present findings, insights or project updates to innovation team in Asia and various levels of stakeholders
- Event Planning
- In addition to the core responsibilities, have the opportunity to participate in event planning relation to innovation workshops like Café Inno and Hackathon
Qualifications and Profile
Mandatory
- Student from a Business or IT School
- Interest in business analysis, stakeholder management, communication and presentation
Nice to have
- Exposure to data presentation visualization tools (Canva, Klaxoon, PowerPoint, Tableau)
- Event planning/ Project Management experience
Professional Skills and Mind-set
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Strong desire to keep abreast of emerging technologies
- Team player mindset
