Duties
- Performing admin duties (e.g., Filing, Invoicing, Raising PO).
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team on invoicing, daily payment collection, IU commissioning etc.
- Process LTA vehicle registration/vehicle ownership transfer, forklift inspection approval.
- Handling pre-delivery inspection admin duties.
- Handling shipping administrative duties.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am to 1pm (Alternate Sat).
- Work location: Leng Kee Road
Job Requirements
- Minimum O-level or equivalent
- At least 2 or more years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and with a good working attitude.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice period.
