3D Designer
The 3D Designer is a self-motivated, creative design professional passionate in delivering new, creative and innovative work and has a wide interest in the latest design trends and technology. The 3D Designer joins a multi-disciplinary creative team producing 2D and 3D designs for prints, digital and event build environments.
Role & Responsibilities
· Provide creative and innovative 3D design services to internal and external customers.
· Be the link between internal and external stakeholders where creative design direction is required.
· Present the design concept to all stakeholders.
· Provide creative and innovative solutions throughout the entire creative process from the taking of a brief to conceptualisation and designs to production and final delivery of completed builds.
· Provide input and direction to the production team to ensure that the approved designs are delivered to the highest quality standard.
· Ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
· Provide effective support to the team members.
· Support and mentor team members as required.
· Perform other roles & responsibilities as requested based on business needs.
What You Need to Succeed
· Minimum 3 years of experience in the meetings, incentive travel, conferences, exhibitions and special events industry or related experience.
· Experience in interpreting briefs.
· Strong space planning, creative and visualisation skills.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
· Able to translate creative concepts into production drawings.
· Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
· Strong attention to detail and able to work well under pressure.
· Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
