Job Info:
- Salary: Basic from $3000 - $4000 + AWS
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Location: Esplanade MRT
Job Scope:
- Daily Sales Order Processing - arranging shipment, issuance of invoices, following through orders until it reach the customers place
- Ensuring all customer invoices and credit notes are raised correct
- Main liaising point between Sales Person, Customers and 3rd Party Logistic team
- Arranging of overseas shipment, freight management for export orders
- Liasing with various warehouse, China, UK, Spain, Dubai etc
- Handling of phone calls and emails in the office
- Attending to sales enquiries and directing this to the right offices globally
- Attending to customer feedbacks and complaint
- Support sales managers on their needs (IE. Sending stocks report)
- Ensure the smooth running of sales processing in the office on a daily basis
