Job Brief

We are seeking for an energetic & dedicated Senior Marketing Executive with interest in working in a Marketing & Web agency to plan and execute marketing strategies for both our in-house and clients’ projects.

The Senior Marketing Executive plays an important role in aligning the marketing strategies with the marketing objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in supporting the creation of promotional advertisement & material, supporting events & logistic as well as increasing client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage overall marketing plans that propel the company towards its objectives.
• Enhance company’s brand identity through consistent messaging and branding strategies
• Apply data-driven thought process with proper analysis of campaigns’ performance metrics to improve marketing strategies and achieve quantifiable results
• Conduct thorough market research and analyse industry trends, customer behaviours, and competitive landscapes to identify sales opportunities.
• Execute and manage online advertising campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media ads to generate leads for both in-house services and clients' projects
• Oversee the creation, execution and analysis of various marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events and content marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new marketing technologies
• Craft captivating, SEO-enriched content and visually compelling graphics for both in-house and clients' blog, website, and social media channels
• Support pre-event and onsite events’ tasks including overseeing the coordination with vendors and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Marketing Executive - leading marketing juniors to align with overall marketing strategy
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
• Proficient in website analytics tools such as GA, GSC, GTM, Heatmaps etc.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Adept at problem-solving and be able to multi-task
• Have an eye for details
