Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective continuity of the country-market level revenue over the agreed period
- Achieve profitable growth through continuing the development & implementation of our growth strategy.
- Overseeing and managing a market mapping exercise
- Strong understanding of the entire universe of opportunity to support the strategic targets and profitable growth strategy.
- Cold calling and Lead Generation utilising the Compass Group sales process to maximise strike rates and effectiveness.
- Own the proposal development process, leveraging operational and functional support expertise.
- Utilisation of CRM system to track activity and opportunities
- Own the customer relationship and act as the voice of the customer at country leadership level.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with current and new clients.
- Strong rapport with the Operations team to ensure client requirements are delivered.
- Engage operations and functional support teams for the development of commercial offers.
- Understand customer needs, provide solutions and grow existing relationships.
- Identify prospects, determine needs, introduce capabilities and arrange for leadership support in prospecting and closing
- Development and growth of current contracts to ensure maximum profitability
- Develop and execute business plan that meets or exceeds established sales target
- Responsible for managing sales pipeline of prospect
Job Requirements:
- The successful applicant must have a bachelor's degree or master in business, finance, operations or sales & marketing discipline from a recognized tertiary institution with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
- Good understanding of market trends in the local F&B, Service or hospitality industry.
- Possess high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Project Management experience
- Strong business acumen and keen customer/client focus.
- Able to lead change in a fast paced environment.
- High interpersonal and presentation skills - Strong negotiation skills
