You will handle SingHealth Pharmacare’s (SPC) finance functions of Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets. The duties include creating sales invoices, verifying collections from SPC outlets and performing both bank and inter-company reconciliations. You will need to perform closing of accounts, prepare audit schedules and update bank mandates. You will also need to liaise with SPC and Facilities Development to obtain information on capitalisation, fixed assets and leases and be updated with any movements in fixed assets.
You will report to the Assistant Manager, Finance Operations and assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Deputy Director and/or Chief Financial Officer.
Job requirements
· Diploma holder in Accountancy or equivalent
· Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
· Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
· Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
· Meticulous, with initiative and able to work independently
