The hiring company is renowned brand in the FMCG industry. With an active expansion in Singapore, they are hiring an experienced Supply Chain Leader to set up E2E supply chain processes.


Job Description

Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be in charge of designing and implementing the end-to-end supply chain processes and work closely with relevant stakeholders and teams to elevate the company's engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Create and implement the department's whole supply chain process and strategy
  • Establish SOPs and compliance to company standards to drive and efficiency in supply chain operations (planning, logistics, warehousing, etc)
  • Lead search, negotiation and qualification of vendors associated within supply chain
  • Lead the identification of continuous improvement processes and opportunities and ensure timely implementation
  • Work closely with senior management and C-suite level stakeholders to encourage operational excellence and collaboration


The Successful Candidate

To be successful in this position, the candidate will have:

  • Bachelors Degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain management, business management, or a relevant field
  • At least 10 years of experience, with 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Experience in manufacturing operations is a must
  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record on E2E supply chain management and set-up
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and continuous improvement efforts
  • Regional/global experience in matrix organisations will be highly regarded
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds
