Credit Risk Analyst/Administration

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with credit approvals, Credit/Legal documentation policy, and department procedures for facility and security documentation.
  • Reviewing routine facility documentation for both existing and new facilities.
  • Managing security and documentation associated with the credit portfolio.
  • Preparing periodic and MI reports for the department.
  • Performing checker and maker tasks as needed, and assuming a joint custodian role when nominated.
  • Adhering to processes and procedures, escalating risks/issues for timely resolution.
  • Improving the quality and timeliness of credit application forms.
  • Making clear recommendations to credit committees and ensuring timely submission of credit proposals.
  • Offering consultation on credit application forms adequacy and compliance.
  • Maintaining independence in the second line of defense while supporting the first line in underwriting credit transactions.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, or Business Administration with a strong foundation in analytical and quantitative techniques.
  • 7 years of banking experience with a significant portion in Credit functions across various products, markets, and business types.
  • Experience in credit admin or a similar function with large regional or global financial institutions.
