Jobs Description


1. Responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction for business operations in Asia and Oceania region.

2. Supervise the management in areas such as emergency response, compliance and information management, corporate philosophy, and working conditions in the region.

3. Drive business growth and expansion by identifying and leveraging market opportunities and trends in the region.

4. Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market penetration.

5. Collaborate with the Headquarters to align regional business objectives with overall corporate goals and initiatives.

6. Represent the company as a thought leader and spokesperson in industry events, conferences, and media engagements.

7. Establish strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, including government officials, clients, and industry leaders.

8. Ensure operational excellence by implementing best practices, standardizing processes, and optimizing resources across the region.

9. Provide leadership and guidance to local teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and employee development.

Job requirements


1. Minimum of 20 years of senior leadership experience in the aviation industry, including managing business operations in the Asia and Oceania region.

2. Japanese communication skill of JPLT N1 or equivalent is required for this post, for accurate and prompt communication and direction to the relevant departments at the Headquarters.

3. Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue and profitability targets in diverse business environments.

4. Strong understanding of the cultural, economic, and regulatory nuances of the Asia and Oceania region, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex markets.

5. Excellent leadership and Japanese communication skills, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

6. Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to drive success in the region, in line with the company’s medium-term management plan.
