Job Responsibilities
-Attend to client’s sales inquiries and aid in preparing sales orders/quotations.
-Manage customers’ orders and expedite shipments to meet monthly sales targets.
-Generate Delivery Orders and Tax invoices for customers.
-Deliver prompt, high-quality customer service.
-Ensure accuracy of product information in the warehouse system (e.g., part number, pricing, quantity, etc.).
-Compile weekly and month-end closing sales data and reports.
-Coordinate with vendors to schedule shipping and ensure timely delivery of goods.
-Coordinate delivery schedules between customers and vendors. Supervise warehouse operations.
-Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct periodic physical stock-take processes.
-Fulfill other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.
Job Requirements
-Hold a minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
-Possess strong interpersonal, communication (verbal/written), and organizational skills.
-Collaborative team player. Capable of working within a team to manage daily tasks.
