Your Role [One of the following roles will apply, depending on the recommended job level for Project Manager]
Senior Manager
As a Senior Manager, you are fully responsible and guiding in delivering complex or high-risk engagements, successful people manager even in difficult circumstances, is key person in business and/or solution development of complex engagements for customers or prospects; or
Manager
As a Manager, you are expected for the end-responsible, leading in their field of expertise customer and internal engagements and as such recognised and appreciated by customers & internally.
Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant, you are working & delivering autonomously, coaching colleagues while working on customer and internal engagements.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be involved in engagements with a variety of customers and industries for SAP implementations.
- You will be involved in delivering projects, meeting both internal financial and operational targets as well as contractual requirements.
- You will have to deliver projects on time, with quality and within budget – actively managing scope and requirements.
- You conduct cost-benefit analysis and develop business plan.
- You evaluate and address external and internal business environment changes for impact on project scope.
- You assess consolidated project plans for dependencies, gaps and continued business value.
- You estimate budgetary needs based on project scope and anticipate future budget challenges.
- You plan and manage project compliance requirements, changes, issues and risks, closures and backlog.
- You conduct project reviews to recommend changes to project schedules, cost or resource requirements.
- You facilitate discussions, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- You manage project budget, work allocations, manpower and

About you
Your Knowledge, Skills and Qualification
- You have a tertiary qualification in any discipline. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Accountancy, Business admin will be advantageous.
- Ideally, you possess complementary technical knowledge and/or are familiar with SAP and other IT technologies such as: web services and web frontends (JavaScript,.Net), interfaces and integrations, and database technologies (Oracle, MS SQL). Additional infrastructure experience (OS, virtualization and load balancing) is a further advantage.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills.
- Project management skills
Your Experience
- You should have past experience in all facets of project management activities such as scope management (incl. change requests), risk management, stakeholder management, project communications, etc.
- Strong integration working experience with other SAP modules.
- You have experience in different industries in Singapore.
- You have experience in at least 2 Cycles of end-to-end implementations.
- Strong Business knowledge and ability to interact with business users.
- Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Related professional/technical qualifications will be a plus although not mandatory.
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA is highly advantageous.
