Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading and trusted Japanese freight forwarding companies. They are actively looking for a Sales Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential customers
- Managing existing customers by increasing trade volume
- Cold call and visit potential customers and provide quotations and proposal
- Liaise and coordinate all sales-related enquiries promptly and appropriately
- Maintaining and filing of customer tariffs and quotation
- Produce weekly and monthly sales report
- Work closely with operations/sales/accounts teams for the billing and outstanding payment follow up
The Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/other discipline
- Preferably with 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in this position
- Good organizational and co-ordination skills
- Good interpersonal, communication skills
- Good team player, with an enthusiastic & proactive attitude
- The candidate must be able to start work immediately or within short notice period will be preferred
