The individual will provide overall coordination and administration support to the Firm’s training initiatives; inhouse content publishing, as well as outreach and engagement efforts with clients and other external partners.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Firm’s training initiatives:
- Communicate with stakeholders to coordinate inhouse in-person and online training activities
- Provide administration and coordination support to training activities and requests
- Upload content and maintain in-house learning management system
Content Publishing:
- Format inhouse articles into house styles and publish them on website and digital platforms
- Prepare and publish inhouse newsletters and update intranet
Organise outreach and engagement events and other activities:
- Create event publicity materials and handle event registration and related enquiries
- Coordinate all logistical and other related elements with stakeholders and vendors to ensure the event’s success
- Coordinate and execute event/activity on-site
- Manage post-event feedback
Provide general support to the department’s work and any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or university degree
- Experience as a training and/or event management executive or similar role will be advantageous
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and verbal English
- Responsible, meticulous and resourceful
- Strong organisational and time management skills and able to handle multiple projects/events on a tight timeline
- A motivated self-starter who can work independently and as a team player
- Familiar with using social media platforms and video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Proficient in MS Office, Google workspace and general computer skills
- Comfortable working in a people-facing and hands-on working environment
- Knowledge in learning needs analysis and competency frameworks will be an advantage
