Job Description:
- Assist with addressing and closure of customer complaints and coordinate this effort with the respective Product Managers/Marketing to ensure appropriate and professional communications to customers.
- Assist in the management of CAPA, NCM & deviation.
- Change Control management for the review of manufacturing products & process validations.
- Alternate sourcing, raw material & supplier evaluation & review external testing reports for on-time release of raw materials for production and final goods for shipment.
- Support internal & external audits.
- All other tasks as required to optimize and improve the quality systems.
