Job Scope
Maximo upgrade, EAM 360 implementation & Integrate Maximo with ARIBA:-
EAM360 is 3rd party mobile solution for IBM Maximo. It provides complete insight into our organization's maintenance activities at all levels and locations, enabling our team to efficiently communicate vital facility information between departments and ensuring that the facility systems operate in alignment.
One of key objective is to deploy a mobile solution for Maximo with the following:
• Simplified end-to-end remote Work management.
• Role based access to for Work management features for Supervisors and Technicians.
• Streamlined and process driven Service Request management across departments.
• Efficient inventory management for storeroom managers.
• Provide great user experience for field personnel to increase throughput and productivity.
The scope of Services to be carried out by the PM shall include, but not limited to, the following:
General
a. Perform all duties in compliance with the policies/standards of the organisation.
b. Coordinate with all inter-department stakeholders for execution of the assigned projects.
c. Ensure safe working environment for the team members and contractors at all time.
d. Drive for continuous improvement by leveraging new technologies and data analysis tools.
e. Support Sustainability and CSR efforts
f. Perform any other initiatives as directed by the Buyer, and
g. Any other works as may be reasonably assigned by the team.
Project Management
a. Manage and execute the assigned projects in accordance with the Company’s policies and guidelines.
b. Oversee the implementation and rollout of projects in conjunction with IT Project Delivery Team and Facilities Management.
c. Reporting to the Director – Operations Support, the PM will lead a small team of internal team members to deliver the following and not limited to :
i. Successfully implement the Mobile, Supervisor and Storekeeper application across the facilities organization.
ii. Oversee the project timeline and ensure deliverable are met on time with frequent progress updates to management throughout
iii. Implement the asset/location tagging collaborating with the existing asset
management team
iv. Ensure asset lists are current and up to date – ensure new constructed assets are updated in a timely manner
v. Establish approved Preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and liaise with sectional departments to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
vi. Implement inventory management program across Facilities and PAD (Public Area Department) establish labelling / integration to Maximo / PTP (procure to pay) team
vii. Lead operational field training in conjunction with the EAM360 vendor including internal customer departments such as (Hotel/Retail/MICE/Casino/F&B)
viii. Integrate vendor/partner (internal customer) utilization of EAM360 for CM and PM maintenance
ix. Trouble shoot workflow or procedural faults in the system and coordinate with the vendor for rectification
x. Any other work related to Project Management.
The PM shall possess the skills and experience below:
i. Experience in Project Management delivery of service/operational software systems used for Work Order, Material tracking and Procurement.
ii. Track record in deploying operational or process driven software applications
iii. Experience in a facilities environment where work order management is in practice
