• To greet and welcome visitors, manage Visitor Management System to register them, assist visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform proper opening and closing procedures for reception areas and manage day to day aspects of visitors operations and able to work beyond office hours when needed
• Work with Service assistants to ensure meeting rooms are timely refreshed and that visitors are promptly attended to by meeting hosts
• Provide liaising assistance for events and logistics-related queries
• A team player to support as coverer in times of team member’s absenteeism
• Able to shuttle between Vista and Centre offices when needed
Requirements:
- Min Diploma /Nitec
- Min 1-3 years of relevant reception/customer service experience
- Comfortable with walking up and down staircase several times to show customers around
