Duties of E&I Engineer:
- Responsible in designing and developing new control systems, which can be complex in nature necessitating the expert application of engineering knowledge and control disciplines such as process control, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).
- Responsible to prepare, review and approval of drawings, instrument lists, data sheets, elect diagrams, control architecture, logic diagrams, operating procedures
- Responsible to plan and self-monitor daily engineering and design work assignments
- Responsible in controling and monitoring job costs and schedules to meet completion dates, customer technical specifications and internal technical specifications
- Responsible in developing and using engineering standards (Mechanical, instrument, etc.), procedures and forms for engineering design and production fabrications.
- Responsible in providing engineering advice and support to engineers and Project Managers.
- Responsible in preparing FAT procedure and test Control system
- Responsible in conducting training on plant operation & maintenance.
- Responsible in performing plant start-up & commissioning/ troubleshooting.
- Responsible in representing the company for customer discussions and technical reviews
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Engineering/ Mechanical or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad
- Knowledge of PLC programming experience and SCADA .
