About the Team
The Contingent Workforce Management team is responsible for ByteDance's Policy formulation and system construction related to contingent workforce worldwide, providing comprehensive contingent workforce solutions to help business compliance and efficient use of contingent workforce resources.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for contingent workforce management system development, including functions like recruitment, budget planning, onboarding and offboarding, billing, supplier performance management, data analysis dashboard, etc. Work with businesses to understand business requirements and engineering teams to design the system and manage the projects;
- Cross-team collaboration and project management, working with different teams who own upstream and downstream systems to provide the best system solutions;
- Responsible for the launch and promotion of relevant functional modules, ensuring the achievement of established business coverage goals;
- Responsible for the user experience and efficiency of the entire process, able to lead the business to gradually improve CW management efficiency and compliance;
- Understand functions and design of market-related products with deep industry knowledge, provide insights, and drive decision-making on system development strategy and solutions.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science is preferred;
- Advantageous to have 5 years of experience in To-B product design, those who have built platforms from scratch are preferred;
- Possessing the ability to plan products and design independently, with clear logic and a liking for unraveling, enjoying analyzing the essence of things, and being good at systematically solving problems;
- Have the ability to write business requirement documents, data analysis, product prototyping, and system interaction skills.

- Have a strong curiosity and self-drive, like to accept challenges, Aim for the Highest;
- Good communication skills and project promotion ability, able to cooperate well with cross-functional networks to achieve goals.
