- Prepare and submit safety documents (RA, MS, SWP, FPP, etc) to relevant authorities
- Arrange SICs with relevant authorities
- Perform site survey and safety coordination, prepare lifting plans and attend safety meetings
- Attend client meetings, audits and site inspections
- Maintain proper records and documents required by the relevant authorities
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks and improve workplace safety.
- Inspect the site compliance with relevant acts and regulations
- Conduct inspections and provide preventive/corrective measures
- Coordinate / Implement Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan
- Lead investigations into accidents/ incidents and submit reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Min. GCE O Levels and above
- Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSHC)
- WSH Management in Construction Industry (WSHMCI/BCSS/SCW)
- WAH Assessor Course / Managing Work-At-Height (MWAH) Course
- Lifting Supervisor Certificate / Perform Rigger and Signalman Tasks Certificate
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Class 3/4 driving license
