Role Purpose

As the Client Solutions Director, you take ownership for the acquisition,

retention and profitable growth of our Talent Solutions clients. You

lead and collaborate on the development and execution of strategic

solutions to meet the specific talent and workforce needs of prospective and existing clients in your region. You are responsible for embedding, promoting and landing our strategic goals and objectives, enthusing and inspiring people behind it. You build an agile change culture and positively champion and embrace the new. You seek to act as a thought leader and strategic partner to our prospects developing solutions which enable them to achieve their people led objectives. You cultivate a high performance, open, honest feedback culture. You drive our organisational commitment to diversity and inclusion.


Great Customer Experience and Growth - Lead Strategy, Add Value, Develop People

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the acquisition, retention, and profitable growth of our Talent Solutions client base
  • Make it your mission to acquire a deep knowledge of each prospect’s strategic and talent objectives
  • Establish personal relationships with prospects engaging closely throughout and post the sales process, obtaining insights that allow us to steer our messaging / solution / pricing in real time
  • Achieve and surpass client sales, growth and retention targets
  • Lead from the front and be out in the market forging deep relationships with the C-Suite, Heads of Talent, HR, Procurement and Senior Leaders
  • Be aware of and on the lookout for client expansion opportunities, always leveraging our group proposition
  • Work collaboratively, conducting joint client meetings with client services and peers from other
  • Business Lines to secure talent / managed services / advisory opportunities
  • Work closely with Client Solutions MD or Client Solutions Global MD or Solutions Manager or Solutions Architect to develop innovative, attractive and commercially savvy solutions with a focus on team, process, and technology.
  • Ensure our clients and prospects love us by consistently Going Beyond to exceed client expectations
  • Attend regular strategic customer review meetings with the Client Services Director, always looking to improve and expand the services we deliver
  • Be available to Client Services / Operations / Project Mobilisation to manage queries on scope or commercials always being prepared to reposition us with the client as necessary
  • Be commercially savvy, ensuring client agreements are commercially sound, always looking for opportunities to increase commercial return
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and contractual clarifications with clients – utilising our inhouse expertise of or third parties to confirm our position
  • Partner with the internal bid team to develop best in class responses to RFP’s and pitch documents
  • Take a leading role in the coordination and delivery of pitch presentations - always ensuring the right pitch team is front of the prospect
  • Build comprehensive and always current knowledge of the Talent Solutions landscape across your allocated region / country
  • Stay abreast of all competitor activity and emerging trends utilising these insights along with our own data to inform business decisions and develop strategic partnerships
  • Add value by ensuring sales events are successful through inviting your wide network via Accelerate utilising
  • Work with marketing to execute a clear go to market strategy / engagement plans with a list of target organisations

Operational Excellence & Accountability - Lead Strategy, Execute Change, Add Value

  • Stay abreast of the global RPO, MSP and Total Talent market trends in terms of services, processes and technologies
  • Maintain a list of targets, keep Accelerate up to date with Buyer Personas per target organisation, keep
  • Accelerate up to date with opportunity progression
  • Work with Global Services to obtain appropriate sign off according to the internal governance process, to ensure the sales process runs smoothly and quickly
  • Initiate and drive a positive culture of change and be the change you want to see, role modelling and driving the adoption of all local and strategic change initiatives
  • Be accountable for the consistent use of systems to optimise data usage and integrity specifically keeping
  • Accelerate up to date and utilising CMS for contracts
  • Be accountable for understanding each sales opportunity in detail including full review of all prospect documentation
  • Developing and Empowering People - Develop People and Lead Strategy
  • Inspire others across the business by role modelling effective sales and account management strategies
  • Champion business development activities to embed a strong sales culture within the business
  • Work collaboratively with the client services team - supporting and respecting the roles each other plays to deliver exceptional talent solutions
  • Share your client knowledge and expertise, supporting the onboarding and induction of new client services consultants
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and high performing culture, promoting teamwork, and a one team mentality
  • Identify your own development needs and seek opportunities to continuously improve
  • Participate in monthly/quarterly Leadership meetings where the value of your expert insights can add value to discussions

Skills & Attributes

  • Entrepreneurial, commercial and solutions focused
  • Proven track record in finding and converting to a win at least 3 RPO, MSP and or Staff Augmentation opportunities and in at least one country
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across the organisation to develop innovative client solutions
  • Deep knowledge of the impact of pricing and contracting decisions on both customer and provider
  • Proven experience executing successful contract negotiations
  • Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and make data driven decisions to drive commercial success
  • Open, honest, and authentic with high levels of integrity
  • Passion and drive to deliver business growth and consistently achieve targets
