Job Description
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to handle administrative tasks that ensure the efficient and safe operation of the vehicles. Compliance with regulations, and cost control. This position requires excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance schedule, diesel type monitoring and mileage records are maintained and updated in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly trip incentives for drivers.
- Monitor driver’s annual and sick leave and to supply on leave application in E-leave system.
- Assist in processing road tax renewals, arrange vehicle inspections and purchasing safety equipment.
- Ensure the timely renewal of Prime Movers’ Orange Plate
- Sort and match documents such as Lorry Chits and DO to Operations.
- Handle general admin duties including data entry for leave applications and filing.
- Act as a backup for customer service and accounts billing during their absence.
- Perform additional Tasks as required to meet the departments’ needs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (General)
- minimum 1-2 years of working experience
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented
- Team player with good communication and strong initiative.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong administration and organizing skills.
- Willing to work at Gul Area, transportation to be provided at nearest MRT.
