My Client is a Singapore head quartered global company that provides Big Data & Analytics solutions on the Cloud using a SaaS model that harnesses poly-structured data from myriad sources at the right latency, derives Insights and converts Insights to appropriate business Actions. They have a strong team of Data Scientists and Domain Experts who provide Consulting and Managed Services to realise business benefits using Big Data.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for meeting revenue targets leveraging own contacts, lead generation activities and alliance partners
- Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all the key items with the client and internally.
- Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals, and manage sales activities to create mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.
- Generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification and involvement throughout the sales cycle, often without an existing client relationship or opportunity.
- Create a direct relationship with the owner or decision-makers of enterprise companies in Singapore.
- Interact with senior management levels at a client, which involves negotiating or influencing significant matters.
What we look for in you!
- Minimum of 5 years experience selling Cloud (IaaS or PaaS) and/or analytics services.
- Possess any of the cloud fundamentals certifications
- Have sold deals of data warehousing, analytics solutions
- Have positioned winning strategy development and value proposition development
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Desired Candidature
- Has prior experience in leading and closing multi-year deals.
- Having some prior experience in selling cloud services-based data warehousing or analytics/ data science solutions.
- Ability to identify a client problem statement and craft a value proposition that provides specific outcomes addressing the client's problem.
- Ability to provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Ability to originate new opportunities.
