What is your mission?
- Check, match purchase order / requisition to purchase invoice and DO.
- Perform data entry of invoice documents into the accounting system.
- Ensure proper approval obtained before payment.
- Check and process employees' expense claims. Ensure claims are within company guidelines.
- Maintain proper records & supporting documents for audit purposes.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, audit schedules.
- Assist in intercompany billings.
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Support internal and external audit queries.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
- Able to work in fast paced, high growth company.
- Strong analytical skills, hardworking and good initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.
