Job Description:
- Printing, scanning, and preparing simple documents and documentation
· Booking and applying for training courses for staff
· Booking of air ticket, hotel and car booking
· Monitor and maintain office supplies/equipment
· Liaise with suppliers/contractors for office equipment repair and maintenance when required
· Stock up & clean office mini-pantry area/fridge/coffee machine periodically
· Prepare and assist with office events
· Any other administrative duties which may be assigned
Requirements:
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
· Meticulous, On-task and willing to learn
Others:
· 5 Days work week
· Remuneration dependent on work experience and qualifications
