Company dealing with contact lenses located in the East looking to hire a sales coordinator
Job Scope
-Preparation of Invoices / Processing Purchase Orders
-Follow up and monitor customer’s complaints and overdue payment
-Clerical duties, including filing, compilation of reports
-Respond to customer enquiries
-Support / follow up sales related activities, supplier negotiations and customer service
-Support logistics team
-Support in taking Meeting Minutes
-Liaise with finance team on any sales and purchase related matters
-Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Team / Directors.
Requirements
-B to B sales experience
-Documentation Skills, Basic knowledge on customs clearing and importing
-Diploma / Degree
-Good communication and coordination skills
-English Fluency
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm 5 day week
Starting Salary: $3,000 to $3,500 monthly
