Job Description
- Assist the finance team for monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc group reporting.
- Assist in month-end deliverables, intra-group reconciliation and settlements, and accruals.
- Prepare internal and external group financial reports, regulatory returns, tax filings and etc.
- Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.
- Coordinate and verify payments and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
- Create monthly payment reports for management.
- Maintain Company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
- Collaborate with Financial Controller and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Accounting / Finance
- No experience needed
- Able to work independently and as a team;
- Able to meet deadlines;
- Have a good interpersonal and analytical skills; and
