- Strong Finance/Accounting background (preferably CA)
- 10-15+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Finance solutions
- Ability to lead finance module implementations independently.
- Ability to engage with team and clients with high integrity and a business focus by offering unbiased advice and interest in serving clients’ needs.
- Ability to prepare a variety of financial statements, reports, and analyses accuracy in working with large amounts of data.
- Exposure to working with Global Customers
- Communicate with management at the Organization, subsidiaries, affiliates, other third parties, as to project status and completion deadlines.
- Perform variance analysis monthly to generate reports for management.
- Oversee cash flow management and forecasting process.
- Manage overall project portfolio budget, including labor cost and capital expenditures.
- Good customer facing skills.
