Roles & Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Ensure timely escalation of major and critical incidents.
- Provide user training in the usage of ERP Software.
- 1st line user support of ERP Software eg respond to customer call, assist in the software implementation, and liaise with the development team for program fixes.
- Testing of new software development.
Requirements:
- No prior ERP software knowledge or software coding is required. Training and mentorship will be provided.
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in technical support of computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and IT peripherals. Kowledge of Linux is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and enjoys interacting with clients.
