Role:
Quantity Surveyor (Tender / Construction / Mechanical / Electrical /Up to $5000)
- Singapore Based (Ang Mo Kio)
- 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 6pm)
- $3500 - $5000
- Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field + At least 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
- Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of tender submission
- Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation
- Timely preparation of Bills of Quantities, technical data & unit rate Liaise, communicate and work with Sub contractors/vendors/supplies
