Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary range: $3,000 - $6000

Job Responsibilities
Design,Coordination & Implementation
- Contribute to the design thinking and process
- To create innovative design solutions from project inception to completion， conceptualization, preparation of plans /graphics / documentation /write-ups, specifications, and all other project related materials
- Well versed with drawing production SOP, format, processes and organization.
- Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Budget and Tender Documentation
- Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the landscape site works
- Monitor & manage project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule.
- Attend project / technical / consultant meetings/tender interviews where required.
- Any other duties as and when assigned, e.g. Design competition
Design & Build Sales
- Meeting clients to understand client needs and crafting the design brief, learn client relationship management (pain points and delight).
- Cultivate sensibilities to user interface and experience of the landscape programme when preparing landscape proposal and sales pitch to win a Client.
- Once the design is finalized, prepare a Bill of Quantity for Client’s approval for landscape implementation.
- Work with operations department and other contractors to deliver the intended design, inclusive of on-site coordination and problem-solving.
- Any other duties as and when assigned e.g. Design competition
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in landscape architecture/design or equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
