Admin Manager (Customer Service / Up to $4500)
Office: Ang Mo Kio
Working days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday half day)
Basic: $3800 to $4500 (depends on experience)
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in related studies
- Min 3 - 5 years of admin managerial experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will oversee and lead a team of Admin Personnel in providing administrative support as well as customer service to the team and the residents.
- Reporting to Senior Admin Manager
- To collate/check on Staff Attendance Report and pass to GM for vetting on 7th of every month.
- Record / write minutes for Admin and Operations Monthly meeting.
- Human Resource - New Staff onboarding / resigned staff outgoing / Employee records / activate & deactivate staff access card.
- Facilities Booking/ Permits
- Sourcing, inviting and awarding Quotations for approved Admin contracts. Example - Insurance, Stationeries, Copier Toner, Paper and staf uniform
- Prepare Saturday Roasters for Admin and Call Centre team / Plan cover for staff absence and staff who are on leave
- Collation of new and renewal TOL. Liaise with Tenant and landlord and PO for missing documents
- Assist in sustainability projects
- Collating and submitting staff claims for transport, overtime and wellness benefits
- Co-ordination of various certification documentation for internal and external audits
- Summon offence notice on BES (By law carpark obstruction) till closure
- Booking of Badminton court.
- Cover PA during her absense for writing minutes, preparing GM documents
- Overseeing daily reporting for permits/quarterly reporting on admin contracts ending to HDB
- Feedback system / CFMS system support
- Presentation at GM and HOD for admin related matters
