Finance Administration & Logistics Management
- Sales admin support from receipt and verification of sales order, order fulfilment (including liaising with third party logistics vendors for deliveries), responding to enquiries, post-sales support, and raising of sales order into accounting system;
- Support backend content management systems for all company websites for the group, liaise with third party IT vendor for all revisions requiring coding;
- End to end inventory and logistics oversight including periodic inventory reporting, stock-counts and related reconciliation;
- Support purchase of goods & services including Intercompany purchases;
- Support of other work as assigned, including but not limited to receipts posting, bank reconciliations etc;
- Adhoc administrative matters.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of working experience in sales admin; experience in bookkeeping and logistic will be advantageous
- Eager to learn and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Effectively bilingual – can speak business standard English and Chinese fluently
