As our E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s business using data-driven and brand-led strategies. As a growing business, our client are looking for a thoughtful, resourceful and impact-driven individual who can join us in our growth journey. This individual should also possess strong digital marketing expertise and the ability to drive long-term brand value both organically as well as through paid channels. You will be reporting to the Director.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for our product range and retail F&B outlets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute retail marketing initiatives.
- Manage and analyse marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI).
- Work with designers and copywriters to create engaging marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, PPC, social media).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
