You will be part of the SingHealth Staff Wellness team responsible for developing and proliferating a system-wide culture and climate to promote overall staff wellbeing within SingHealth.
You will provide support in administering and managing the Joy at Work fund and other ad-hoc donors fund directed at staff wellbeing. You will drive effective promotion of staff wellbeing activities and projects in the form of integrated communications campaigns, event management, internal communications and electronic media to foster wellbeing. You will proactively engage internal customers on philanthropic funds utilisation for wellbeing initiatives and actively seek profiling opportunities on wellbeing initiatives to increase awareness. You will prepare utilisation reports and presentations to update on fund utilisation and outcome indicators. You will adopt an innovative and open mindset to strategise and execute a multi-channel and integrated communications plan, complemented by a strong sense of purpose and belief in the promotion of wellbeing. You will propose and implement harmonised communication strategies relating to staff wellbeing for adaptation across SingHealth institutions.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Social Sciences, Mass Communications or Social Sciences
· Creative and demonstrated ability to think out-of-the-box in communicating and engaging different levels of stakeholders
· Good grasp of new communication tools and trends
· Web-savvy and familiarity with design software is preferred
· Good team player who is innovative and resourceful
