You will be part of the SingHealth Staff Wellness team responsible for developing and proliferating a system-wide culture and climate to promote overall staff wellbeing within SingHealth.
You will assist in dashboard building which includes data extraction and analysis for accurate reporting of staff wellness indicators, counselling data, peer support groups and other relevant metrics. You will assemble data from a variety of sources for use in assessment and planning of wellness strategies and programmes. You will assist in planning and execution of wellbeing programmes to promote awareness in the key areas e.g. coordinate education program on mental wellness, webinars, e-modules etc. You will provide administration and operational support for the office.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Mathematics or related field
· Healthcare or business administration background will be an advantage
· Able to grasp strategic organisational goals and develop implementable systems on the ground
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Data Analysis (SQL)
· Good team player who is innovative and resourceful
