A leading real-estate company. The incumbent for this position is required to drive profitability and smooth operations of our premier office tower, ensuring compliance, tenant satisfaction, and staff productivity.
- Monday to Friday, office hours
- Basic $6,800 - $7,800 (depends on experience)
- AWS + 2.5 months bonus

Job Scope:
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to strategically manage an Office Tower's operations, focusing on profitability and budget planning, emergency response, and smooth operation of the building and car park.
- Prepare insightful management reports, motivate staff for productivity enhancement through digital initiatives, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and statutory compliance.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and internal teams, addressing feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building/Estate Management, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in office operations management, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Prior experience as a Fire Safety Manager is essential.
- Experience with Asset Enhancement Initiatives is advantageous.
