Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the account management team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies for account growth and retention, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and trends to offer tailored solutions that enhance their financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver innovative services that address market demands.
- Ensure the highest level of client service and manage client expectations effectively.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements and adjustments to our service offerings.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record in account management or client service roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving business objectives.
- Self-driven, with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
