Job Description & Requirements
- Responsible for sales and engineering capability improvement for commercial air conditioning business in Asian region
- Standardize and upgrade business operation organization and process and maintain best practices in Asian region
- Technical advisory supports on design, proposal, installation, commissioning, maintenance of commercial HVAC products and solutions
- Responsible for managing market lead PRM and solutions
- Find and manage local partnership with OEM/ODM manufactures so that localized solutions and products can be supported based on local demands
- Develop nich market and optimized solutions for that market so that local members can win the projects with limited competitions and manage profits
- Consult to make proper carrier plan for engineers and sales of local offices with product directors
- Sense the dynamics market and competitors and report to top management to invest resources on time
- Maintain strong communication with R&D and production subsidiaries in Korea, China and Thailand to manage cost, quality and development schedule of products.
Education Level and/or relevant experience(s):
- Bachelor’s or higher Degree with Engineering preferred
- Over 10 years of experience in product and engineering management
Knowledge and skills:
- Rich in Product experience and knowledge
- Rich knowledge in product and solution design for commercial air conditioning system
- Good proven track of Sales & Engineering
- Sufficient Experience / Knowledge of HVAC business
Other requirements:
- Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient in HVAC system design
- A fast learner and a team player, who is able to travel overseas frequently.
