YOUR ROLE:
As a Revenue Manager/ Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in steering our revenue ship to success. Working closely with our Director of Revenue, you'll lead the charge in analyzing our performance across various revenue streams and crafting strategies to maximize our earnings.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Navigate the Numbers: Your day kicks off with diving deep into daily reports on revenue pace, pick-up, and forecasts. Armed with this data, you'll uncover insights that will guide our revenue strategy decisions.
Craft Revenue Strategies: Using historical reservation data and market intel, you'll be the architect behind our revenue strategies. Whether it's adjusting rates or managing inventory, your expertise will be instrumental in keeping us ahead of the competition.
Keep Us on Course: You'll be the guardian of our revenue management operations, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. From daily checklists to monthly audits, you'll keep us sailing smoothly.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: You won't just be crunching numbers—you'll also be keeping a keen eye on the competition. By staying abreast of market trends and best practices, you'll help us maintain our competitive edge.
Skills and Experience:
- Opera, TARS and IDeaS G3, and Excel is your playground.
- Previous experience in Revenue Management (Rooms or Food & Beverage) is a plus, but if you're a fresh graduate with a passion for numbers and hospitality, we want to hear from you too!
