Healthcare – Bendemeer office
Position: Implementation Support Specialist (1-year contract) x2
Salary Range: $2500 - $3200
Bonus: 1-month completion bonus upon finishing the 1-year contract
Working Hours: Office hours, except during implementation period where staff will rotate shifts (3 shifts) including weekends/PH. Additionally, you will be rostered for 1 week of 24/7 call rotation support during the contract period, with working hours between 8:30 am - 6 pm or 9 am - 6:30 pm. You will be required to provide phone support offsite and outside of these hours.
Key Accountabilities:
- Receive instructions and documents via emails and transfer this information to Sharepoint for access by internal stakeholders, primarily using Excel.
- Coordinate appointment bookings with various stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely saving of candidate documents in Sharepoint by the next working day.
- Prepare weekly and monthly statistics/reports for both internal and external customers.
- Ability to handle stress as short turnaround times are required by clinics.
- Work independently and handle feedback, managing the resolution of issues with external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pricing requests, execution, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders (sales, shared services, call centre, ops, etc.).
