Job Description:
- Perform repair, maintenance, overhaul, service, replace, remove and installation task (Technical & Mechanical)
- Perform lubricant replacing, greasing and flushing for system (Hydraulic)
- Perform wiring replacing, tracking and diagnostic (Electrical)
Machinery usage involved overhead crane, buffering machine, hydraulic press, drilling machine etc. special technical equipment.
- Working at height (climbing up and down of vehicles)
- Maintain 5S/ housekeeping (Include, sweeping, clearing, and throwing rubbish, washing of parts & vehicles)
- Weekly updating of Vehicle Status in term of readiness and outstanding issue
- Ensure and Update operation Availability of vehicles are upheld and maintain above require
- Conducting of+C668 toolbox, safety and visitor briefings or presentation.
- Handling and coordinating with internal department request and customers’ needs
- Inspect and prepare quotation for Authority approval
- Arrange technician for daily drawing and returning of vehicle keys and logbooks
- Support Warranty issues if require
- Manage vehicle statuses/ flow, spare indentment status/ provisioning and resource planning
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Hydraulic/ Automotive/ Electrical & electronics/ Mechatronics) or Diploma in above engineering and has 5 years working experience of relevant industrial
