Job Description
- To achieve the store Business Goals.
- Monitor the boutique KPIs.
- Optimizes boutique performance and profitability.
- Responsible for managerial and operational aspects of the store.
- Responsible for and oversees the setting up operational procedures, staff training, customer service & staff general welfare.
- To develop and maintain efficient inventory management and integrity.
- Leads the implementation and monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actions.
- To be an ambassador for the represented BRAND and portray at all times a professional and customer oriented image.
- Builds direct contact with VIPs.
- To be a role model to all staff in work performance, customer service and other relevant scope of duties.
Requirements
- Possesses management and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinking with business acumen.
- At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury/jewellery line.
