Job Description:
- Ensuring timely processing of all sales orders and logging procedures is a priority.
- Handling sales order processing for Key Account customers includes the issuance of Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
- Liaising with vendors is essential to resolve equipment lead time issues and negotiate project prices and payment terms.
- Monitoring project statuses and forecasting project risks is part of the role.
Implementing preventive measures as necessary is crucial. - Collaboration with the Finance Team is necessary to track invoicing status and project cashflow projections.
- Updating and maintaining all suppliers' price books for accessibility by the sales team is required.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring minimal inventory levels at all times is essential.
- Recording all maintenance contracts in systems and providing relevant information to the Services Sales and
- Post Sales teams consistently is important.
- Facilitating a smooth and efficient sales handover process from project initiation to post-sales support is a key responsibility.
Job Requirement:
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Diploma in any discipline
