Job Description
- Ensures a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale.
- Cultivates strong client relationships and develops client loyalty.
- Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador.
- Achieve Individual sales and Store sales targets.
- Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in-store.
- Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor-set changes.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.
- Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints.
Requirements
- Commercial ability, selling skills, service and client focused.
- Posseses strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and team spirit.
- Sales and customer-oriented.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Working hours: 44 hours per week (include weekend, PHs), retail hours.
