Responsibilities
- Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.
- Review tender documents, source for quotations and prepare necessary documents for tender bid submission
- Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub- contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
- Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
- Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.
- Coordinate and conduct site survey.
- Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Able to understand Singapore standards or Code of Practice.
- All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Quantity Surveying or Facilities/ Building-related.
- MUST have minimum of 4 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in Singapore.
- Experienced in tendering and QS works and competent in contractual management
- Competent in software skills MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Should be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented, good team player and able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines.
