Job Responsibilities:
· Supporting of Automation Project
· Planning, coordinate and delivery of defined deliverables
· Supporting of issue escalation process and preparation works
· Liaising with multiple stakeholders and internal business groups for support/operations functions
· Looking through processes and providing of recommendations
· Understanding of processes and guiding the business accordingly
· Identifying of project risks/issues and raising/managing them accordingly
· Establishing of standards and guidelines
· Ensuring business processes run smoothly and timely
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the banking industry
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
