Job Description:
- Develop and implement production processes to optimize efficiency.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to product specifications.
- Analyze and enhance production workflows to increase productivity.
- Create and maintain technical documentation of production processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Science Engineering or higher.
- Opportunity to work as an expatriate with an 85% deployment in India or China.
- Practical experience in production site improvement or management is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues on the production floor.
- Knowledgeable about quality control standards and procedures.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with production teams.
