- Boutique Manager
- Store Manager
- Retail Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of Asst Boutique Managers, Senior and Junior Sales Associates coaching them towards achieve the store objectives
- Proposed, design & execute up operational procedures, staff training, customer service & staff general welfare.
- To develop and maintain efficient inventory management
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
- To ensure staff members provide exemplary customer services ensuring high standards of performance in service excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant working experience
- Passion in luxury bags/Ready to wear/shoes.
- Possess leadership quality.
