Position: Temporary Staff (QA Specialist)
Location: Senoko (Company bus pick-ups available at Admiralty and Woodlands)
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Salary: $2000 + $120 (transport allowance)
Overview:The QA Specialist within the Quality Assurance Department will work closely with various departments to implement a Quality Management System for Industries. Responsibilities include managing customer complaints, CAPA, NCM, deviation, change control, and supplier management. The QA Specialist will contribute to the overall improvement of the Quality Management System.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in addressing and closure of customer complaints.
- Management of CAPA, NCM & deviation.
- Change control management for manufacturing products & process validations.
- Alternate sourcing, raw material & supplier evaluation.
- Support internal & external audits.
Tasks:
- Coordinate external testing laboratories for testing.
- Verify lab tests and interpret results for process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Raise and follow up on quality CAPA, NCM, deviation.
- Assist with customer complaints and communication.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
